General directives

Candidates registered for any Recorder category between 7 and 15 years old must include in their program pieces that are varied in their keys and affects.

Notice: Your repertoire list must comply with the “Repertoire Guidelines”, as specified in the rules.

National Audition

  1. A minimum of two movements from a partita, a sonata or a fantasy by Telemann.
  2. One sonata from the 18th century (other composer than Telemann).
  3. One work or a group of movements or one movement of your choice.

Maximum time: 25 minutes

National Final

  1. One work with orchestra or a minimum of two movements.

Maximum time: 20 minutes
