General directives

The musical program for the three rounds must include works from different periods and styles. The repertoire can include pieces for keyboard and other percussion instruments.

Notice: Your repertoire list must comply with the “Repertoire Guidelines”, as specified in the rules.

First Elimination

  1. One etude.
  2. J.S. Bach: one or two movements from a sonata or a partita or a suite for solo violin or cello.
  3. One work or a group of movements or one movement of your choice.

Maximum time: 20 minutes

Provincial Final

  1. Two works, contrasting in style and character, by different composers.

Maximum time: 23 minutes

National Final

  1. One work with orchestra or one movement or a group of movements.

Maximum time: 20 minutes
