As part of the TSO’s Piano Extravaganza, several CMC alumni got the exceptional opportunity to join internationally acclaimed pianist Emanuel Ax to perform Saint-Saëns’s playful piece, The Carnival of the Animals. TSO Music Director Peter Oundjian conducted this concert which featured CMC past winners Richard Gao, Amadeusz Kazubowski-Houston, Coco Ma, Marko Pejanovic, Anastasia Rizikov, Anna Vertypolokh, Sunny Zhai, Victoria Wong, Annie Zhou and Harmony Zhu.
